        Anyone licensed in Arkansas as a sales person may take

        Brokers Exam - after serving 24 months out of the last 48

        months with active sales person license and it has not been

        more than 36 months since taking the 60 hour basic real

        estate course.  Upon passing the brokers exam will receive 

        an Associate Broker License but cannot serve as a Principal

        Broker or an Executive Broker.  ANYONE who takes and

        passes the Broker Exam must take the Post Licensure Broker

        Course within 12 months of passing the exam.

        Course can be taken in 5 @ 6 Hr modulars.

           Cost:  $50.00                        

           *6 hours required each year for all licensees*

            License Renewal Deadline Each Year is Sept.30th, 

           a 6 hour certificate is required to renew
