Relationships (Acts 2:42; Hebrews 10:24-25; Genesis 2:18-24; Matthew 19:4-6) - Christian fellowship is important. Relationships with a spiritual foundation are very special. The relationships made through the CCSC ministry, friendships and marriages, will contribute to that need.

Equipping Students for Future Service (Ephesians 4:11-16; 1 Corinthians 14:12) - The students who participate in this ministry will be given opportunity to serve. Responsibility and dedication are demanded from them. Their ideas and energies are channeled and refined. The students who are involved in the CCSC ministry will be valuable members and leaders in the congregations where they place membership, both now and in the future.
