Arkansas River Valley Schools

Russellville Middle School: I put a link to this school because I have been invited to go to the school some time and show what hanggliding is all about. This is a very exciting opportunity for me.

Osceola the Eagle: In the novel "The Maze" by Will Hobbs, the main character discovers a disabled eagle which flies with his hanggliding friend. In real life, there is also an eagle which flies with a hangglider pilot.

Will Hobbs Official Web Site: Will Hobbs is the author of "The Maze" which is a great book for seventh graders. I like it because it has some hanggliding action in it.

Endangered Birds: I found this link on the Will Hobbs web site and included it here so that hopefully people will click on it and find out about the plight of the California Condor.

We invite you to Explore the Arkansas River Valley Tri-Peaks Region through this web site, and then explore it "personally".
