Welcome to my homepage. My name is Ed Hasley Jr.(KB5RYP) and I have been an amateur radio operator (Ham Radio) since March of 1992. I am 40 yrs old and I live in Saratoga, Arkansas along with my wife, Donna(KB5YJE) and our two sons, Edward A. III(KD5OGO), and Mitchell. We have been living here since October of 1988. I am self employed. My father and I own Hasley&Son Roofing, our business is located in Texarkana, Texas and we do residential roofing.
Some of my interests are computers and Amateur Radio. My computer is homebrewed. I put it together from various parts, it has an ASUS motherboard, an AMD K7 Athlon Thunderbird 800 Mhz processor and 512 Megabytes of PC 133 SDRAM. I enjoy using it to surf the internet for various types of information. My favorite thing to find on the internet is midi files (.mid), especially those generated for the SoundBlaster Audigy sound card.
I really enjoy being an Amateur Radio operator. I guess the things that I like most about Amateur Radio are the services that Amateurs provide to the public and making contacts with the Amateur Radio Satellites.
