Johnson County Circuit Judge John Patterson heard the following pleas
at a Jan. 28 session of circuit court.
Raymond Limbrick was charged with and pleaded guilty to forgery and
theft of property. He was sentenced to 24 months in the Arkansas
Department of Corrections (DOC) with an additional 48 months suspended
and ordered to pay $150 court costs, $250 DNA testing fee and $150
public defender's fee. He was given credit for time served of 178 days.
Harold N. Krigbaum was charged with five counts of second degree
forgery and five counts of theft of property. He pleaded guilty to two
counts of second degree forgery and two counts of theft of property.
Krigbaum was sentenced to 24 months in the DOC with an additional 60
months suspended, fined $1,000, and ordered to pay $150 court costs,
$250 DNA testing fee, $150 public defender's fee and $3,787
restitution. Three counts of second degree forgery and three counts of
theft of property were dismissed.
Patterson set bond on Ronnie Tucker, charged with violation of the
Arkansas Hot Check Law, at $1,612.13.
Bond was set on Alfred Dana Poole at $30,000 and he was charged with
possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture,
manufacturing a controlled substance in the presence of a minor, and
manufacturing a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.
Poole was also cited for driving without a driver's license and no
proof of liability insurance at the time of his arrest.
Brittany D. Brown, charged with theft of property, received a bond
of $1,500.
