2002 Big Piney Slalom and Downriver Races
April at the Long Pool Campground

This year everyone will be racing on the same day.  This race is for beginner slalom racers, old racer heads, or any one who wants to improve their boating skills.

Setup gates and open practice until race day.

4-7-02

7:00am Registration begins
9:00am Racers and judges meetings
9:30am Start slalom race runs
4:00pm Downriver races
5:30pm Awards presentation

Take the Hwy. 7 exit from I-40 and head north, go through Dover to Hwy. 164 and take a left.  Continue down Hwy. 164 and watch for a cemetery on the right hand side of the road, take a right at the cemetery, this road goes right into the Long Pool campground.

• Race Fees

Adults-$15.00  ( $5.00 additional for non-ACA members )
Juniors-$10.00   ( $5.00 additional for non-ACA members )
If you can get the whole family involved $30.00 total ( $5.00 additional for each non-ACA member )
