If you should ever leave me...

If you should ever leave me...
I'd be missing passionate kisses
Missing holding your hand
All those tender loving gestures
Missing talking to you for hours
Missing loving all you night
The comfort of a loving friend
Missing love that feels so right
If you should ever leave me
I would not know how to live
How to face a lonely lifetime
Without the love you give
If you should ever leave me...
It's a thought I just can't bear
For my heart would be forlorn
And broken beyond repair
Though I would keep breathing
I would never be the same
It would be a lonely hell for me
Always whispering your name
Always thinking about you
Remembering what used to be
Enslaved by the past forever
If you should ever leave me.
