Objective: 900 guests and a 600 park ratingby the end of year 3.
1. Add toilets, places to eat, kiosks as soon as they become available. Change price of umbrellas to $4 or $5, when it rains they will pay for it and bring in some quick cash. Go with the default prices on everything else, unless they go negative, then just move them (delete and add somewhere else).
2. Add handymen and mechanics as needed. Security and Entertainment are not needed, but if you want them, go ahead and stick 1 or 2 in.
3. Over the next three years add when money permits. Custom made rides are better because of the irregular terrain (hills and valleys).
4. Modify the land to get some of the rides to fit properly, if possible. Otherwise, build underground for a new type of challenge.
5. Run Marketing campaigns for the Park now and then, until you get well above 900 people. Offer free rides and free admission. Keep your admission low ($25 max).
6. Replace any broken lights and benches and KEEP THE PARK CLEAN!. Parachute in handymen for remote filthy areas. Scan your park periodically, with everything turned off, when your Park Rating starts to drop drastically or when you get the message that your park is filthy.
7. Remove excess walkways in remote areas that dead end. On the 2 existing overhead rides, remove tortuous Ques and simplify by tunneling or redirecting. Maximize Entrance Ques and minimize exit ques.
