1. This is a large park, on the order of a MegaPark. There are many pathways here, and at first people are scattered everywhere. Some complain about being lost, but at your first convenience, build a path from the top of the park to the bottom over the river (lake) and that will subside. Meanwhile escort (hook) them to gate.
2. Keep your park price as low as possible. Only raise it when they comment that your park price is low, however never more than increments of 2.
3. Add places to eat, bathrooms, kiosks in about 5 different locations, strategically located for maximum coverage (4 corners and 1 middle).
4. Build slowly. With so much room, it's tempting to borrow maximum and build huge rides. Don't build more rides than the park populace can handle. A few hand made rides work perfect here, such as an underground raft ride diving and spilling into the lake (river), an underground loop rollercoaster. These can be built cheaply over time, and with 4 years, you have time.
5. Keep a contingency of handymen and mechanics available. Always add one mechanic when there are more repairs to be made than mechanics available. Put all your inspections of all rides except gentle rides on 10 minutes. When gentle rides break, just replace them, if they've quit producing, this will rejuvenate them. Airdrop (hook) handymen and mechanics to trouble spots for quick fixes, if they happen to be too far away, to maintain that Park Rating high.
6. This park is beautifully decorated before beginning. More decor, like bushes, flowers, trees, plants are not really necessary. The initial decorations will tend to keep your park rating high easily, so avoid removing any if possible.
7. Build Entrance Ques first and long, zig-zagging if necessary. Build Exit Ques short, preferably exiting near an entrance Que. This can be true for any scenario. Once in line, people will enter rides unless you raise the price while in line, but this is a way to make quick money. Keep price artificially low, and when long Ques are filled, raise the price $.50 to $1.00, or more, depends on how much money they have. Check a few, some will back out, but most will pay, then when Ques are nearing empty, repeat the cycle. This also, along with advertisement, brings in more people to the park.
