Cindy Schreur Gilliam, 52, died at her home in Hot Springs, Aug. 2, 2003.
She was the daughter of the late George and Lola Jean Schreur and a 1943 graduate of Pottsville High School. She completed a business course at Capital City Business College.
Cindy was a very talented girl and an outstanding 4-H club member of the Pottsville 4-H Club under the leadership of the late Lavonna Kraxton and the late Lourille King.
She is survived by her husband, Tom Gilliam of Hot Springs; a sister, Peggy Dunaway of Watson, LA; a brother-in-law, Greg Dunaway of Watson, LA; and a nephew.
A brief graveside service was Saturday morning at the Pisgah Cemetery where her ashes were buried in the Schreur plot.
Several of her relatives attended and three of her classmates, Margie Barge Motley, Linda Caudle Williams, and Jennifer Schrieber Chioppa.
