Make 5 or 6 rings from concrete wire...formed how it comes off the roll. Make this ring 42 inches (circumferance) each. Attach these together to make your 25 or 30 foot or 20 foot. One ring equals 5 feet. I attached mine with hog rings. Wrap this in 4 foot one inch poultry netting and fasten it with the hog rings. Can make the ends out of old fan guard covers or out of stiff small wire. Can set wooden house in one end. Feed and water in the other end. Most will drink from coke bottle with a nail hole in the cap or lid. It will drip. Apples are good to feed first as they have moisture and the squirrel may not drink right away. After he gets used to his run he will eat you out of house and home. I Hang mine 7 to 8 feet off the ground on a stainless steel cable. You want it high enough that the dog can't grab it. |
