Richard and Paula Burton bought Scooter as a puppy. They are truckers and Scooter is one too! She hasn't had much squirrel treeing experience except from behind the windshield of the truck but we received this email from Paula (Nov. 9, 2005) and we thrilled to see our Scooter again. Even though, Scooter is black and tan she looks so much like Galla Creek Bell (Bell is Scooter's Grandmother) that it is amazing! Here is what Paula had to say: My husband Richard and I purchased our dog Scooter from you in December 2003. You had called her Bootsy, but we changed it because we had a previous dog with the same name that had died.We picked Scooter up at the Flying J near your home on Christmas Eve that year. I'm sorry it has taken so long to send you pictures, but we are not home often. We thank you for such a smart, loveable animal.She was 2 yrs. old yesterday and chased her 1st squirrel all on her own. She hasn't had any training due to us not being home much in turn has became a spoiled house and road dog. We just love her to pieces!!! | |
| Anyway, I wanted to send you pictures so you could see how pretty she is and let you know that she is still healthy and well taken care of.
We just think Scooter is so pretty & smart that we just had to share her pics with you.
