Possum is in the center of this photo between his sister, Skeeter, and Mabelle (who I call Sparky). Brad Ortega of Stuttgart bought Possum when he was 7 weeks old. Skeeter was bought by Brian Tobin of Cabot, Ar. who also bought the pup's father, Max. I still own Mabelle. | |
| I received a call from Brad Ortega on October 30, 2005. He was excited about Possum. Possum had already treed a squirrel. Brad said he took him to the woods the first time ...Possum treed but did not bark. On the second, trip he barked and Brad shot the squirrel. I am always happy to hear how the pups I sell are doing. Hope someday Brad can send an updated picture of Ole Possum! |
