 Dale Squirrel Champion |
Dale's (littermate to Allar's Fred) sire is Langford's Rowdy. Dale is the sire of Old Glory Blaze through a cross with Calvert's Missy. He is owned by Jimmy Grice of Greenville, Mississippi. Dale was owned previously by Dyke Collins and Jerry Bennett.
Dale was raised by Terry McDonald of Nogo, Ar. Dyke Collins (my cousin) trained Allar's Fred and Dale for Terry. Terry gave Dale to Dyke for training the pups. Terry sold Fred (who was called McDonald's Big Time Freddie) to Sam Allar who made Fred a squirrel champion. Dale and Fred's mother was a dog named Daisy; Terry sold Daisy to Emmitt Bowen. Daisy was a very good squirrel dog,too. Dale, Missy, and Fred are all Squirrel Champions. Daisy has several points but was never made a champion. Email: Gene Calvert |
