Galla Creek Training Tips Using a Checkcord

Checkcord on Galla Creek Pup	I would rather use a checkcord to get a dog to come when you want him to. This is my favorite one. Take 25 to 30 feet of heavy weed eater cord, fold it over at the end and put a snap on it. You can use a metal ferrow from a piece of copper pipe to attach it or a metal clip of some type. Any dog that will not come can have this attached to their collar. Speak firmly for the dog to come. If they do not come to you, step on the cord and then make them come. Praise them when you get them next to you. This cord will not tangle in the woods. It will not hang up and hurt the dog. I would much rather use a checkcord than a e collar.
