We can never have too many friends...and that is one thing that I value about the internet. No matter what time....I can come on-line and find a friend. It is truly a wonderful experience, and I value these frienships. Listed below (in chronological order I think....~smiles~).....are people who haved truly touched my life in one way or another....... TxFarmboy -- The very first person I ever chatted with on the computer. ~laughs~ Who would have thought we would have come this far...........espicially after rolling around in the hay *LOL*. He is not around as much anymore....but we still keep in close contact. Truly a Southern Gentleman......and a sweetheart.
Flynn-- ~smiles~ A friend from Ireland who I miss alot. Still waiting for that white horse to come take me to the castle. Truly a Knight in Shining Armour.
Miss Tique-- The first close friend I made on the internet. She became my adopted big cyber-sis and is still in my life when I need her ~smiles~ And I have a feeling she will always be. We are so much alike sometimes it is scary!! *LOL* There truly was a reason hon........ *
We achieve harmony when we are at peace with ourselves.*
Medic-- What a beautiful sunset that was.....thank you hon, you gave me the strength I needed.
Rhoubhee-- Such a soul, almost unlike any I have seen. I wish him happiness, love, and life wherever the road has taken him.
Mengle-- The purest, kindest heart always with something good to say. It is not so much our friends that help us as the confident knowledge that they will, and with Mengle there can never be a doubt. Truly a guardian angel. *
Angels have countless suggestions but are discrete in helping us discover answers through our own insights.

NiceGuy-- Without a doubt the nicest guy ~smiles~ Espically on holidays...~laughs~ He will cook for you! If you ever need to know about him, I have a book...~grins~

Let me tell you a story...~smiles~ There is one particular person that I will leave anonymous for reason of my own. As you can tell, I do believe in angels, and I must say that this person was truly my guardian angel, sent from above. To have a person that you can truly and unconditionally trust is a precious gift. And for a brief moment in my life, I had that. The memories of long talks on the phone, laughing & crying, sharing and smiling....and the trip to visit will never leave me although my friend did. The person, and yes it is scary to think that one person can affect another person to this magnitude, showed me parts of my inner self which made me what I am today and what I will be tomorrow. There are so many lessons of life, tales of times, and inspritaional thoughts that I was left with, and not one day has gone by that I have not referred to them to carry me through. In apprecaition I would give this person the world if I could, but for now I can only give my heart and say Thank you....and hope that they know. ~smiles~ (And if you ever do wander through here, do me a favor ~smiles~ Go outside, while its snowing, hold your arms out, spin round and round, stick your tongue out and catch a flake!)A lesson from my dear friend.....
Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible, without surrender, be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant; they too have their story.
Avoid loud and agressive persons; they are vexations to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others you may become vain or bitter, for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career, however humble. It is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affaris, for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself. Espically do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment, it is as perennial as the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to sheild you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you concieve Him to be. And whatever you labours and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace in your soul. With all its shame, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be Careful. Strive to be happy. And believe in yourself. Always.
Watch your thoughts they become words....watch your words they become actions....watch your actions they become habits....watch you habits they become character....watch your character, it becomes your destiny.
