The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by President Loretta Morgan. KB5OHF. A motion to
accept the minutes as published in the newsletter was made by Melissa Schaefer, N5HX and seconded
by Dick Koski, W5VUB. Motion

mentioned that he may need help with the March Tuesday night nets due
to conflict. Several people volunteered to step up to the plate if
needed.
Dennis Schaefer,
W5RZ announced thet the new Section Manager has not been named
yet. He expects that information in the next couple of weeks.
Nick Kennedy,
WA5BDU led a discussion on the Ham Fest which will be March 5,
2005 in the Hughes Center, Russellville, Arkansas, U.S.A. Everything is
going well and we expect a good Ham Fest. Go to the web site for more

KB5OHF announced that April 23, 2005 has been set as the work
day for building repairs on Mt. Nebo. Everyone is invited to attend.

was asked to talk for a few minutes about George Hudlow, K5OES who became a
silent key lat week. Ben had spent the day in Ft. Smith and was at
George's funeral. George will be missed by the club.

W5RZ announced that Tom Wilson,
has donated his Ham equipment to the club. Loretta Morgan. KB5OHF will take the
equipment to the Ham Fest to be sold. Tom has had a stroke and does not
anticipate using the equipment again.

suggested that we take the coffe cups and T-shirts that are in the
club's storage locker to the Ham Fest to be sold. Andy also suggested
that we clean out the storage shed and get rid of some stuff that we
will never need. Melissa Schaefer,
N5HX made a motion that Andy be empowered to clean, tidy and
dispose of the equipment in the storage building however he deems
