What We're Doing in Cuenca, Ecuador
During our first year in Ecuador, we are continuing to learn the Spanish language and to integrate into the culture. Building relationships with people in the church and community is also important to the success we desire.
As the year progresses, we'll be working alongside two other North American missionary couples established in Ecuadoran missionary efforts. These works include a small hospital and medical clinic, a thriving church, and a newly established Christian grade school. The Guidos are one of these couples (click here to see their page). The other couple is the Capaldis (click here to see their page).One of our major responsibilities will be coordinating short-term mission teams from the United States to come and help with various projects. We would be delighted if God leads you to consider serving on a long or short-term trip to show God's love to the people of Ecuador and other Latin American countries.
