Today I want you to be happy Then I'll be happy, too I'll think only of the good times That I have shared with you The love, the laughter The passionate kisses The way you look Your voice, your smile And how I feel as I come to you My heart cries, "Yes!" With every mile That brings me closer To your heart And closer to our world serene Where every moment is a thrill And nothing can be harsh or mean Where no one ever tells us "no" Or frowns because of who we are And I won't think ahead that far About the time of sadness When I have to go....No I won't think of that at all ....Today Poetry
